Introducing Carl Lenox, Our New National Accounts Sales Manager
We’re pleased to welcome Carl Lenox to the Something
Different Wholesale team as our new National Accounts Sales Manager,
strengthening our support for key retail partners across the UK and Europe.
As we continue to grow our wholesale presence across both the UK and EU, Carl’s appointment reinforces our commitment to providing dedicated account
management, simple duty-paid ordering and reliable supply to retailers
throughout Europe.
Carl joins us from IEP, bringing extensive experience
in the gift, homeware and wholesale retail sector, with a strong track
record of managing national and strategic accounts. His appointment supports
our continued growth as a leading wholesale supplier of exclusively designed
giftware, home décor and lifestyle products to retailers across Europe and
beyond.

In his role, Carl will focus on:
- Developing long-term partnerships with national and key retail accounts
- Supporting retailers with range planning, product selection and commercial growth
- Helping customers maximise opportunities across our 4,000+ wholesale product lines
- Supporting
both UK and EU retailers with straightforward, commercially sound ordering
solutions

To support our growing EU retail partnerships, we operate a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) wholesale model designed to remove the complexity of international trade.
We act as the importer of record and clear goods through our Netherlands operation, allowing us to deliver all EU orders on a Delivered Duty Paid basis. This means:
