Over the past week we have been thinking a great deal about the welfare of our customers, our employees and of course our local community. We appreciate that this is a challenging time and our thoughts go out to everyone who has been impacted by this dreadful situation.
Although there seems to be no quick solution or end in sight we wanted to reassure you all that we are doing everything we can to continue to run our business as (not so) usual. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve and influence our lives we are taking all necessary precautions to comply with recommended safety procedures and keep everyone as safe as possible.
The good news is that our stock levels are healthy and new stock is arriving all the time so we are able to continue to function as normal and continue to send out orders. Our staff at Something Different have been fantastic. Many of them with young families and dependents are of course concerned and we have made some adjustments internally to help the situation. We are very proud of the commitment shown by everyone to maintain the great customer service you have come to expect.
We are monitoring the situation daily and are taking every step to minimise any risk to our staff and support government measures to help manage the outbreak. We will make sure you are informed of any changes as they arise.
