Terms and Conditions

Something Different Wholesale is strictly a trade only website and we do not sell to the public. In order to purchase with us you must be purchasing stock to resell and not for your personal use. We welcome customers who sell online as well as in retail shops. Click here to register for an account. Management reserves all rights.

Prices
Prices on our website are shown in Pound Sterling (£) or Euros (€) and are excluding VAT. To view prices you must register your details. All prices listed on the website are for one item unless otherwise stated. Something Different Wholesale reserves the right to amend or change any prices at any time without prior notice. Our Recommended Retail Prices (RRP) are shown on our website.

Products
Products are subject to availability. If there is a product on your order which is out of stock the product will be removed from your order and you will not be charged.  

Minimum Order
We currently offer a no minimum order policy for UK customers which means that our customers have the flexibility to purchase as few or as many items as they wish. For customers based in the EU and Northern Ireland, we have a small minimum order of £150. Please click here for more details. Please note that there is a £5 surcharge for any order placed under £50 excluding VAT. Full details about our minimum order policy can be found here.

Delivery Prices
Our delivery charges vary according to country and delivery option. For UK customers (Excluding Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland), delivery is free if you spend £50 plus VAT. Please click here for full details of all our delivery options including international shipping information.

Payment methods
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Delta, Mastercard and Maestro. We also accept Paypal. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express. Payments can be made online, over the telephone or via BACS.

Payment Process
When an order is placed with Something Different Wholesale we take pre-authorisation from your credit or debit card (this is an authorisation from you to take funds from your card). No money is taken from the card at this stage and an order confirmation will be e-mailed to you.

When an order is ready to be dispatched we will send you an e-mail confirming the goods we are sending as well as the value. We will only take payment for the goods we are sending.

Damages
If your items have arrived but are damaged or there are items missing, please could you fill out the following form: https://form.jotform.com/202671974135054.

Our Customer Care team will advise you of the process to follow. Please do not return any goods to Something Different Wholesale without agreed authorisation.

Promotions

From time to time we run promotions and offers. Below you can find our standard terms and conditions which apply to these promotions.

Promotions are only valid for the time periods outlined in the promotional messaging and orders placed outside of these time frames cannot be amended to include the promotion. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The minimum spend for a promotion is always excluding VAT. Any times displayed in promotional messaging are either GMT or BST. Free gifts are only available whilst stocks last and will be added to orders upon dispatch.

The following product types are currently excluded from all discounts, coupons and promotional codes: incense, tarot cards, books, selected oversized items (buddhas, displays, pallet deals) and a small number of other selected products and products that are already discounted.

£50 Carriage Paid Promotion - Limited Time Promotion, usually £75

£150 Carriage Paid Promotion - Limited Time Promotion, usually £250

Minimum spend is £150 (exc VAT) to qualify for free standard delivery. This promotion applies to ROI, NI, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Germany, Poland, Sweden, Mainland Greece, Denmark, Austria, Finland, Lithuania, Hungary, Portugal, Latvia, Estonia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania and Bulgaria only. 10% Discount for New Customers

Valid from Monday 9th July 2018. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and excludes sale items. No minimum spend required. Promotion valid for new customers first purchase only.

Spring Festival Codes

Promotion valid until 12pm on Monday, 20th May 2024. Minimum spend before VAT applies. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Only one voucher code can be applied per order. Codes can be used multiple times. Quantity discounts will still be applied. Free Prize Draws

All orders over £250 (exc. VAT) placed between (A) 11am Tuesday 9th April and 12pm Friday 19th April, (B) 11am Monday 22nd April and 12pm Friday 3rd May, and (C) 11am Monday 6th May and 12pm Friday 17th May will be entered into a free prize draw to win one of three £500 free stock vouchers at Something Different Wholesale.

Every order over £250 placed will qualify as one entry and be automatically entered into the draw. Customers can enter multiple times by placing multiple orders. Each winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and will be notified by email and announced on social media at 3pm on (A) Friday 19th April, (B) Friday 3rd May and (C) Friday 17th May.
