    This 10ml blended essential oil pairs the stress-relieving scents of lavender and chamomile to aid in restful sleep and promote relaxation. Dilute with water and use with your favourite oil burner, add to a rollerball bottle and dab onto inner wrists as a personal fragrance, mix with water to create your own room spray, add drops to a warm bath for a relaxing home spa experience and more.
