    We're proud to offer no minimum order requirement for customers in the UK, Ireland, and the EU.

      

    WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES FOR EU ORDERS?

    Zone 1:

    • Free delivery on orders over €175
    • €12.95 delivery fee for orders under €175

    Zone 2:

    • Free delivery on orders over €350
    • €19.95 delivery fee for orders under €350

    Handling fee:

    • An additional €9 handling charge applies to all orders under €100

    We offer same-day dispatch on all orders placed by 12pm GMT.

    WHAT COURIER DO YOU USE?

    We ship all EU goods with DPD.

     

    WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES?

    No. All our EU orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means no customs fees, no clearance charges, and no surprises. We take care of everything, so your order arrives hassle-free.

     

     WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

    Estimated delivery is under 7 working days from when the order is placed. 

    Please note that all required documentation and information are supplied to DPD for customs clearance and these details are thoroughly checked at the time of collection. Once the package is in transit, customs clearance is managed by the authorities in the destination country, and unfortunately, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as high customs volume, inspections, or specific local requirements.

     

    WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

    Yes, a tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch of your order.

     

    ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTED GOODS FOR DELIVERY?

    No, all products available on our website are eligible for delivery to the EU when you are logged into your SDW account.

     

    CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER BY PALLET?

    Unfortunately, we are currently not able to ship by pallet. All orders are shipped by DPD.

     

    DO I NEED AN EORI NUMBER?

    Only customers in Northern Ireland need to provide an EORI number. You no longer need to provide us an EORI (Economic Operator Registration and Identification Number), for shipment to the EU.

     

    HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

    You can pay for your order by credit carddebit card, or PayPal.

     

    CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO ANOTHER EU COUNTRY?

    Yes, you can! Please refer to our EU VAT Rules page to determine how much VAT you will pay on your order.

    HOW DO I KNOW WHAT VAT RATE I AM?

    All you need to do is proceed with your purchase and we will take care of the rest. We handle all of the paperwork and automatically apply the appropriate VAT rate to your invoice based on the information you provide.

    I DO NOT HAVE A VAT NUMBER, CAN I BUY FROM YOU?

    Yes, however it is not possible to claim the VAT back.

     

    WILL I HAVE TO FILL IN ANY PAPERWORK?

    No, we will take care of all the paperwork so all you need to do is place your order and wait for it to be delivered.

     

    I AM VAT REGISTERED, CAN I CLAIM MY VAT BACK?

    You can claim your VAT back if your delivery is to the Netherlands and you are also VAT registered in the Netherlands.
