How we have evolved

Our product range has expanded over the years with designs influenced by emerging trends and customer preferences. Since 2015, we proudly design over 80% of our own giftware, ensuring that our products are not only beautiful and functional but also unique to our brand. This transition has allowed us greater control over quality, innovation, and design, resulting in products that reflect our vision and meet the high standards our customers expect.

We now stock over 4,000 products, helping you keep your inventory fresh, and customers delighted.

The design process

We plan our product ranges 18 months in advance to ensure our products align with upcoming trends and meet consumer demand.

Our design process begins with an initial concept, inspired by a trend mood board created during a product development meeting. With the idea in mind, our in-house team sketches and refines designs to create the perfect product. Once finalised, the design is prepared for sampling, and a product sample is produced and reviewed to ensure it meets our high standards. Once a sample is received, our photographer takes images on a white background, lifestyle images for packaging, and captures video footage for marketing purposes. Next, we design the packaging to complement the product, ensuring it is both visually appealing and functional. Finally, we receive the completed product and its packaging, ready to stock and deliver to our customers.

"My favourite product I’ve designed is the Gingerbread Man Boucle Cushion from the Christmas Wish collection. It makes the perfect festive addition to any armchair during the Christmas season. Every time I see it on our sample shelves, I can’t resist the urge to give it a little squeeze!”

"The collection I've enjoyed designing the most is Nostalgic Christmas. It has the warm, festive spirit that just feels sentimental and cosy. I especially loved designing the hot chocolate mug shaped oil burner - it's such a fun addition to Christmas decor!"
