We've made some important and exciting changes to our website which we hope will improve your experience of ordering from us online.

Here at Something Different we aim to provide an easy, efficient and reliable service and our website plays a big part in this. We understand that for many of you, our website is the main interaction point you have with our business which is why we have recently improved this service and added helpful new features to provide the best possible user experience.

1. Improved navigation

Every business is different and we know that some of our customers prefer to shop by product type, some by style or theme and others by occasion; which is why we’ve created a new menu to inspire you and help you find what you’re looking for easily and quickly. 

2. More accurate search functionality with predictive recommendations

You’ll now find the results of our new search bar much more relevant and as you begin to type what you’re looking for you’ll see a drop down list appear with products that could be what you’re looking for, offering you a faster browsing experience.

3. Quick Order forms

If you know your product codes or prepare your orders on an excel sheet, you can now place your orders more efficiently than ever with our handy Quick Order feature. Just enter your codes and quantities or upload your pre-prepared excel document.

4. Stock notifications

Whether you want to know when an existing product comes back into stock or when a brand new one arrives, you can now request email updates and rest assured that we’ll let you know as soon as products you’re interested become available.

5. Save your basket

If you’re planning your next order and you’re not quite ready to checkout, we now offer the ability to save your basket so the contents can be quickly reinstated when you’re ready to complete your order. You can view your Saved Baskets in your account here.

6. Product videos

We've created videos for a number of our products and ranges to give you a better idea of their size and quality, and to give you inspiration of how they can look once merchandised.
