Carriage Costs

There is no minimum order

Items may be bought in any quantity unless there is a quantity stated in the description

DELIVERIES TO U.K MAINLAND EXCLUDING THE HIGHLANDS OF SCOTLAND

Orders under £100 before vat will have carriage charged at £6.50 per box
Order of £100 to £200 before vat will be 1/2 carriage paid (£3.25 per box)
Orders of £200 or over before vat will be carriage paid

OVERSEAS DELIVERIES AND THE SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS

Orders under £100 before vat will pay the full box rate
Orders of £100 to £200 before vat will have £3.25 deducted from the box rate
Orders over £200 before vat will have £6.50 deducted from the box rate

BOX RATE FOR NON MAINLAND U.K. AND THE HIGHLANDS OF SCOTLAND

Scottish highlands and Aberdeenshire is £12 per box
Northern Ireland £12.00 per box
Southern Ireland £12.50 per box

A Box

May weigh up to 30 kilos, but due to the volume or packaging requirements of some products it may be necessary to send out cartons of less than 30 kilos. If you would like us to confirm how many boxes your order is in before despatch please contact us by e-mail or phone and tell us how you would like to be contacted when your order is ready.

Ways to pay

  • Credit/debit cards can be taken over the phone or via our secure merchant banking facility.
  • o Cheques may be posted please allow 5 working days for the cheque to clear before we despatch your order.
  • o Cash can be paid directly into any Nat West Bank before making the payment please check the exact invoice amount, in case of any out of stocks, by phoning us on 01792 793610 or e mailing and we will give you our bank details

Damages and shortages

We take great pride in our packaging if you have any damages in your delivery it is important you contact us within 48 hours (any claims after this will not be credited). Please send an e-mail and if possible an image of the damaged item. We will reply and either put a credit on your account or request the damages are returned to us. If items need to be returned we will give you details of how we would like them returned and we will refund you the cost of the carriage.

All damages must be returned in orginal packaging.

Shortages - one person will be responsible for your order their name will be on the invoice please speak to them.

Credits will be held on customers accounts for 3 months if they are not claimed with in three months they will be written off.

Minimum Order Policy

There is no minimum order

Products may be ordered in any quantity unless a quantity is stated in the description.

This is strictly a trade only site you may only purchase products for re sale.

We appreciate that many of our customers like to order little and often and established trade customers are welcome to buy in small quantities. New customers ordering very small quantities may be contacted to prove their trade status.

24 Hour Delivery

Orders placed by 12 noon will be despatched the same day for delivery the following day when possible.

Due to the volume of orders particularly after a weekend or bank holiday it is not always possible to despatch every order for next day delivery. If you require your order urgently please use the text area at the end of the on line order form or send an e-mail to ask for next day delivery.

If you would like your order delivered on a particular day you can use the text area to request the day you would like delivery.

Please note that next day is next working day (Monday to Friday) orders placed on Friday before noon will be received Monday.
